I always go back and forth with what I like more color or neutral? color or neutral? And even though I love the crisp, tailored, clean look of whites and neutrals, nothing compares to a space with pops of color.
From fashion to interior decor, vibrant, dynamic colors are in trend right now (and honestly, I dont think its going away anytime soon). Whether being more dramatic by painting an entire space a bright hue or going a subtle route by introducing fun, unexpected colors in accessories and accents, color gives any room depth and life.
If youre timid to add color to your space, one favorite tip of mine is to create a neutral backdrop (taupes, grays, beiges, white) on the walls and main furniture elements, and then inject vibrant hues through fabrics in window treatments and pillows, as well as accessories. One of my go-to staples for color in every room I create are lamps.
